Terms of Use

Welcome to the Rez Swag (Store). Please review the following basic terms that govern your use of and purchase of products from our Store. Please note that your use of our Store constitutes your agreement to follow and be bound by those terms (the “Agreement”).  Rez Swag is a TRW Holdings, LLC company.

GENERAL

We may from time to time change the terms that govern your use of our Store. Your use of our Store following any such change constitutes your agreement to follow and be bound by the terms as changed. We may change, move or delete portions of, or may add to, our Store from time to time. We may, at our own discretion, limit or cancel quantities purchased per person, per household or per order. We may also reserve the right to refuse any order you place with us. These restrictions may include orders placed by or under the same customer account, the same credit card, and/or orders that use the same billing and/or shipping address. In the event we make a change to an order, we will attempt to notify you by contacting the e-mail and/or billing address/phone number provided at the time the order was made. We reserve the right to limit or prohibit sales to dealers, re-sellers or distributors.

Purchasing

Checkout: All the items that you have in your shopping Cart appear in your order during Checkout. If you do not want to order all the items, simply edit your shopping Cart before clicking “Checkout.” When you click “Submit Order” we verify your credit card, and charge it for the items in your cart. Your order will not be placed in our fulfillment queue.

Canceling an Order: If you would like to cancel or change an order that you’ve just placed, please call 1.580.808.2323 as soon as possible. We’ll do everything we can to accommodate your request, however; items that have already shipped cannot be cancelled. Please note: if you cancel an item that qualified you for a promotion, you may no longer receive that discount or promotion.

Multiple Shipping Addresses: You can only ship to one address each time you checkout. If you are shopping for people at different addresses, you will need to place each order separately. Sorry for any inconvenience this may cause you.

Address Validation: To ensure that your packages are delivered to the correct address as quickly as possible, we will compare any addresses you enter with the U.S. Postal Service’s database of valid addresses. We will identify any typos or errors in the address you entered and ask you to accept the recommended changes or correct the address. If you are sure the address is correct, you have the option to leave it as is, but this may cause delay in shipment.

Methods of Payment:  TRW Holdings, LLC will process all payments submitted to Rez Swag or submitted for processing at https://www.rezswag.com. We are only able to accept checks via mail. When you mail your check or money order in with a printed order form we will begin processing your order as soon as we have verified that your funds have credited our bank. We are unable to accept cash, or credit vouchers.  TRW Holdings, LLC accepts the following credit cards: Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover.  If we are unable to process your credit card, please check to ensure you entered the correct card number and expiration date, and that the billing name and address you entered match your credit card statement exactly. Please refer to your credit card company if the problem persists.

Pricing policy: Please note: Prices shown are in U.S. dollars only.

Can I buy as much as I want online: Not exactly. Our merchandise is only for re-sale by authorized retailers via approval through our “wholesale” program. So, in order to enforce this policy, online purchases are limited to twelve (12) items per style, per customer. However, there may be certain exceptions to this policy. Please contact us at (1-580-808-2323) to discuss your bulk ordering needs. (Certain restrictions may apply).

Exchange and Return Policy: The quality of all merchandise is 100% guaranteed! However, ALL SALES ARE FINAL except for the reasons stated below!

1. If the item you ordered has a manufacturer’s defect.
2. If items you received did not match the items you ordered.

If you have experienced one of the two reasons stated above with your order, simply return your item to the address below within 15 days of purchase. Upon receipt of your item by our Returns Department- we will gladly exchange it for the same item. However, please be aware that the exchange of your item may incur an additional shipping charge.

Item Credit’s

We will issue you a credit to your account or refund to you if you wish for us to do so instead of an exchange. However, the exchange and return condition mentioned above in our Exchange and Return Policy must be met before any credit will occur.

Back-ordered Items: Back-ordered items can take 2-3 weeks for delivery. We always make every attempt to have all merchandise in stock at the time of your purchase. However, in the event an item is back ordered, we will make every effort to get it to you as soon as possible. The Contents of our Store, and the Store as a whole, are intended solely for personal, noncommercial (other than for the purchase of merchandise from our Store) use by the users of our Store. You may download or copy the Contents and other downloadable materials displayed on the Store for your personal use only. No right, title or interest in any downloaded materials or software is transferred to you as a result of any such downloading or copying. You may not reproduce (except as noted above), publish, transmit, distribute, display, modify, create derivative works from, sell or participate in any sale of, or exploit in any way, in whole or in part, any of the Contents, the Site, the Store or any related software.

User Comments, Feedback, Postcards and other Submissions: All comments, feedback, postcards, suggestions, ideas, and other submissions disclosed, submitted or offered to Rez Swag or TRW Holdings, LLC on or by this Store or otherwise disclosed, submitted or offered in connection with your use of this Store (collectively, “Comments”) shall be and remain the property of Rez Swag and TRW Holdings, LLC. Colors: We have made every effort to display as accurately as possible the colors of our products that appear at the Store. However, as the actual colors you see will depend on your monitor, we cannot guarantee that your monitor’s display of any color will be accurate.

Product Information: Rez Swag and TRW products displayed at the Store may be available by select Rez Swag and TRW retailers in the United States and select foreign markets while supplies last. In some cases, merchandise displayed for sale at the Store may not be available in stores of our retailer’s. The prices displayed at the Store are quoted in U.S. Dollars and are valid and effective only in the United States.
