To be eligible:
The item must be unused, unworn, and in original condition
All tags must still be attached
Items must be in their original packaging
A receipt or proof of purchase is required
To initiate a return, contact us at support@rezswag.com. Once your return is approved, we’ll send you a return shipping label and instructions.
Note: Items sent back without prior approval will not be accepted.

The quickest way to get what you want is to return the item you have. Once the return is approved, place a new order for the desired item.
If your order is delivered within the EU, you have 14 days to cancel or return for any reason — no justification required.
Items must be:
Unused and in original condition
In original packaging with tags
Accompanied by proof of purchase
Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you if the refund has been approved.
If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days
